A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Administrative Coordinator in Iselin.

Must be able to:

  • Manage administrative intake of members
  • Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
  • Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes
  • Experience working in a call center
  • A clerical or administrative support background
  • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
