Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Care Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements
  • Achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding Care Managers
  • Oversee the assessment and evaluation of the Care Managers and members' needs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associate's Degree
  • 5 or more years of professional experience
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • Active Registered Nurse license or Social Work license
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends
  • Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
