Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Care Navigator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating care for patients referred by their physicians or health system
  • Connecting patients to their physicians for proper mitigation of their symptoms
  • Speaking to our patients via phone, email, or live chat on a daily basis

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years experience working in a customer service role
  • Ability to use passion and care while in interacting with patients with behavioral health needs
  • Willingness and comfort with swift tactical changes based on engagement learnings
