Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Care Team Minnesota Licensed Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Provide direct supervision to the care coordinators
  • Provide direct oversight for the assigned panel of members
  • Manage corrective active plans

Position Requirements Include:

  • RN Diploma or Degree in Nursing + years’ experience in community based services
  • Or a Bachelor’s in Nursing with a Public Health Certification + 1 year experience in community based services
  • 5+ years clinical experience in community care settings
  • 1 year managed care experience
  • 1-2+ years supervisory experience of professional staff
  • Active, unrestricted RN License in the state of MN
