A software solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer clinical related questions concerning company software
- Diagnose and resolve basic and complex customer clinical questions
- Document new issues, FAQs, and resolutions for a robust knowledge base
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Tech savvy working with computers, internet browsers, and software applications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Home health or hospice clinical experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
