Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist in Bellingham.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring the overall accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the clinical documentation
  • Reviewing clinical documentation
  • Identifying incomplete or inaccurate information for clinical relevance

Qualifications Include:

  • Graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing or medical school
  • Ability to successfully pass a clinical competency exam
  • 3+ years recent acute care nursing or physician experience
  • Knowledge of pathophysiology and disease process
