Job Summary

A clinical healthcare support company is in need of a Remote Clinical Home Health Medicare Coder in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing final review and lock OASIS
  • Overseeing the management of Medicare and PPS model clients from referral through final billing
  • Ensuring proper services are provided to Medicare and PPS model clients within the PPS guidelines

Qualifications Include:

  • COS-C or HCS-O or COQS OASIS Certification required prior to hire
  • minimum of 2 years clinical experience
  • Active State RN Nursing License, PT, OT or Speech (SLP) Therapists with required certifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with coding and OASIS review
  • Knowledge of OASIS, Home Care and Medicare regulations
  • BCHH-C or HCS-D Home Health Care Coding Certification required prior to hire
