Job Summary
A provider of high quality, technology-enabled behavioral health care is in need of a Remote Clinical Human Resources Business Partner.
Must be able to:
- Improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Be an unbiased sounding board for all employees
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in the human resources field
- 3 years in the HRBP function
- 2 years experience leading the people side of change initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or have equivalent work experience
- Strong employee relations focus/experience
- Self-directed and motivated, taking initiative to identify client needs and make recommendations for implementation
