Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Informatics and Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Research, plan, analyze, and maintain best practices for all clinical information within the organization's platform
  • Work across our product, experience & marketing teams to ensure all clinical information is communicated with accuracy
  • Investigate & respond to support requests that involve clinical questions or information, then document user feedback, feature requests, etc

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience working as a clinical healthcare professional
  • Been responsible for the organization and management of clinical data in some capacity
  • Developed strong analytical & quantitative skills with the ability to use data & to back up assumptions, recommendations & drive actions
  • Developed above-average skills communicating to technical and non technical audiences
  • Demonstrated the ability to interpret, analyze and design clinical systems, data & information
