Job Summary
A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Leadership and MD Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting nationwide external sourcing, recruiting to develop talent pipelines for business areas
- Executing Talent Acquisition sourcing / recruiting processes
- Leveraging best practices for driving the ultimate candidate and hiring manager experience
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, Provider, and/or Clinical Leadership sourcing and recruiting
- Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive sourcing strategy
- Experience developing and managing active talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience creating talent acquisition processes that drive innovation, efficiency, and productivity in recruitment activities
- Experience leveraging sourcing / recruiting data to help meet the organization’s objectives in hiring top talent
- Proven experience consulting with Recruiters and Executive Leaders on talent and the supply / demand
