A national healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Learning and Development Specialist.

• Achieving desired outcomes through training
• Designing, developing, and maintaining training materials
• Aggregating leader and SME feedback and seeks clarification where needed

Qualifications Include:

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Current independent license
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated competency in applying adult learning principles in training design and development
• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach adult learners through different methods
• Experience with technology-based instruction (virtual training)
