Job Summary
A research organization is in need of a Remote Clinical Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing and delivering performance appraisals, as required
- Discussing and planning career development with direct reports in an on-going manner
- Mentoring, coaching, and training direct reports in applicable tasks, responsibilities and regulations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Hold at least monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
- 6+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field of study or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of clinical research process
- In-depth working knowledge of current ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulations
- Ability to mentor and train clinical staff
