Job Summary
A contract research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing direction and accountability for the operational teams and their delivery
- Providing resourcing, line management, training, functional delivery and input on discussions
- Conducting regular discussions with direct reports and lead team meetings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6 years Clinical Research experience
- 4 years as a Senior or Principal CRA, or 2 years as a Project Manager, CRA Manager or equivalent
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
- Excellent management skills
