Job Summary

A provider of outsourced development services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Assist with training for CRA Managers and Associates as required
• Conduct regular discussions with direct reports
• Provide direction and accountability for the operational teams

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
• Minimum 6 years Clinical Research experience
• Excellent management skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Senior CRA or Principal CRA, or at least 2 years as a Project Manager, CRA Manager or equivalent
