Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Quality Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of plan quality program
- Owning the end to end process
- Creating a comprehensive Quality Improvement plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Willing to travel to Omaha or Lincoln as needed for meetings
- Nebraska licensed registered nurse, physician or physician’s assistant
- CPHQ; or CHCQM; or obtain one of these certifications in the first 90-days of being employed
- 5+ years of experience in leading an integrated and progressive quality organization
- 5+ years of significant leadership and managerial experience
- 5+ years of experience with demonstrated functional knowledge, process improvement initiatives
