Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company is in need of a Remote Clinical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

• Recruit new providers
• Understand qualifications and skills of providers to make appropriate recommendations
• Generate 50 – 80 outbound phone calls each business day

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s in Communication or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, recruiting, staffing and/or marketing
• Excellent computer skills with intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• Professional telephone presentation
• Experience in coordinating simultaneous assignments
