A data science company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Recuriter in Parsippany.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and coordinating job advertising in various media
- Attending job fairs and develop and maintain contacts
- Meeting with functional business leaders and executive management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel may be required
- Experience with behavioral-based interviewing required
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of full-life-cycle clinical staffing experience
- 2+ years of full life-cycle experience in the Medical Science Liaison and Clinical Nurse Educator markets
- 2+ years of sourcing experience with working knowledge of sourcing methodologies
