A biopharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Research Senior Recruiter.

Must be able to:

Create and drive diverse talent slates and pipelines
Effectively manage volumes and recruiting peaks and troughs
Identifies issues in daily work activities and applies similar precedents

Qualifications Include:

HS Diploma/GED with 10+ years
Experience successfully recruiting in cross functional matrixed corporate environment
Experience managing complex searches at Senior Leadership levels and above
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong project management skills
