Job Summary
A privately-held health information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Review Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review medical records as needed
- Work population of clinical pends, with goal to clear within 72 hours
- Assign and over read disciplinary charts
Position Requirements Include:
- Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA etc.) through AAPC and/or AHIMA
- Minimum of 5 years coding experience with specific knowledge of Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal supervision and guidance
- Ability to interact with management and remote coding personnel
