Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Clinical Support Service Advocate IV.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing customer service to plan members and/or providers
  • Acting as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, health plans, vendors, patients or referral sources
  • Initiating and managing clinical referrals for members

Required Skills:
