Job Summary
An insurance provider is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Technology Support Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct complex research, review, and analysis of medical records, treatment plans and claim information
- Assess training needs and creates, authors and presents medical training to claim and business partner associates
- Engage claimants, healthcare providers, employers, and customers per functional abilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Current RN licensure
- 4+ years of experience as an RN
- Moderate knowledge of computer systems
- Strong written/verbal communication
