Job Summary
An educational institution has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Trial Budget Negotiation Manager in San Diego.
Must be able to:
- Ensure billing compliance for clinical research
- Determine what is billable to insurance based on federal/state billing regulations
- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Nine years of related experience, education/training
- Knowledge and experience in negotiating clinical trial budgets with industry sponsors
- Extensive knowledge of finance policies, and practices and systems
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices
- Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheet and database software
- Extensive knowledge of human resource policies, practices, and planning
