Job Summary

A patient communication and clinical trials firm has an open position for a Remote Clinical Trial Chief Executive Officer Assistant.

Must be able to:

• Background research and due diligence on people and organizations
• Communicate with the staff on the CEO’s behalf
• Manage CEO decisions, and help limit CEO decision making burden

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years as an Executive Assistant
• At least 3 years as an Executive Assistant to a CEO
• Ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize CEO’s needs
• Ability to work across diverse, global teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with Enterprise clients and C-suite executives
