Job Summary

A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Clothing Industry Customer Experience Supervisor in Reno.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities to hit metric goals and aim toward advancement opportunities
  • Building, developing and managing an internal support infrastructure through a variety of systems and programs
  • Assisting the Customer Experience leadership team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum bandwidth requirement of 10MB
  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results through team development
  • Strong leadership, people management, and change management skills
  • High degree or organization and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong quantitative, analytic and business acumen skills
  • Proven experience working and managing teams across difference in respectful and equitable way
