Job Summary
A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Clothing Industry Customer Experience Supervisor in Reno.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities to hit metric goals and aim toward advancement opportunities
- Building, developing and managing an internal support infrastructure through a variety of systems and programs
- Assisting the Customer Experience leadership team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum bandwidth requirement of 10MB
- Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results through team development
- Strong leadership, people management, and change management skills
- High degree or organization and the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong quantitative, analytic and business acumen skills
- Proven experience working and managing teams across difference in respectful and equitable way
