Job Summary

A social media company is seeking a Remote Cloud Capacity Engineering Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create a passion, energy and enthusiasm for owning and solving some of most complex scalability and capacity problems
• Build and retain a diverse, inclusive and world-class engineering team
• Build capacity management platforms and decision frameworks

Skills and Requirements Include:

• BS degree in Computer Science or related experience
• 1+ year of experience leading teams within an engineering organization
• 1+ year of experience with public cloud capacity management
• Experience in creating diverse and inclusive teams
• Demonstrated experience thinking strategically, solving large business problems in a metrics driven organization
