Job Summary
A healthcare IT services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Escalation Engineer in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Serve as technical expert who guide customers to achieve business results
- Streamline processes and positively impact customer experience by working cross-functionally across the organization (i.e. engineering, solution & enterprise architects, & product developers)
- Provide technical troubleshooting expertise & guide other engineers and customers and to maximize success in their cloud journey
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to continuously learn and improve in a fast-paced, complex startup environment, collaborate & communicate with a dispersed team and cross-functionally across the organization, with a focus on providing exceptional Next-Gen Managed Services
- Experience in Containerization, Cloudformation, Terraform, Python, Git, CI/CD, Salt, Puppet, Ansible, Chef
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Minimal 3-5 years public cloud experience
- Strong Linux/Windows experience
- Capability for Source/version Control and Configuration Management
