Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Cloud Infrastructure Senior Director and Account Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve escalations of client engagements
• Lead development and execution of overall account planning/strategy
• Manage team of consultants within customer accounts

Position Requirements Include:

• 8+ years of working experience in customer/account management
• 3+ years of consulting management experience
• 3+ years supporting sales efforts in renewing reoccurring business and scoping/pricing new opportunities
• Experience leading a cross-functional customer team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
