Job Summary

A health information company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Product Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with engineering and business teams to create UI features for internal teams
  • Creating and maintaining scripts to build customer reports
  • Monitoring Human API pipeline, create alerts to detect and tools to resolve issues that clog the pipeline

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with web technologies like JavaScript, React, Node.js
  • Experience in building UIs features using RESTful API'
  • Proficiency working with HTML5, CSS3, JSON and XML
  • Ability to integrate off-the-shelf and custom systems using APIs & scripts
