Job Summary

A provider of evidence-based information is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Reliability Site Reliability Engineering Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing thought leadership to the evolution of reliability engineering
  • Reducing toil for development teams and SRE in any way you can
  • Assisting development teams to establish and reporting on SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs

Qualifications Include:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in computer science or engineering related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong expertise in managing production incidents with mission-critical software
  • Strong software engineering and operations background
  • Prior experience leading SRE teams in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with SRE tools, metrics, process, and culture
  • Experience leveraging and extending modern observability tooling
