Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cloud Sales Director in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Closely working with extended sales resources
• Attracting, building and leading a field specialist sales team of 6 to 10 people
• Building a complex territory strategy to ensure success for both short and long-term goals

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• 8 to 10 years of sales management experience in a dynamic, highly competitive, hyper growth enterprise sales environment
• Proven success leading a quota carrying sales specialist team in matrixed organization
• Demonstrate creative and critical thinking
• Extensive experience negotiating multi-million-dollar deals with complex terms, conditions, price pressures and considerations
