Job Summary

A cybersecurity technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Cloud Security Threat Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Track capabilities of new and existing public cloud services and various workloads
• Do deep reverse engineering
• Determine threats and propose potential detections

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience level 2-5 years
• Hands-on professional experience with Linux, AWS, GCP or Azure in an Infosec/DevSecOps capacity
• Reverse engineering skills to reverse malware such as crypto miners
• Deep understanding of Linux internals
• Ability to understand behaviors and propose detections for various exploits such as container escape
• Programming and scripting knowledge for automating day to day tasks – Splunk, Python, Powershell or API
