Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Cloud Services Customer Success Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling incoming requests from engaged customers
  • Analyzing customer behavior patterns
  • Assisting in the collection, aggregation, and reporting of customer needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cloud computing concepts, preferably in Linux-based systems
  • Ability to learn technical and complex concepts and apply them quickly
