Job Summary

A cloud solutions distribution company is filling a position for a Remote Cloud Solution Vendor Assistance Service Desk Administration.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and managing ticket work queues within ServiceNow
  • Performing troubleshooting with vendor defined issues
  • Escalating work to other teams and/or resources while acting as point of contact

Required Skills:

  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
  • At least two (2) years’ previous work experience
  • Entry level experience diagnosing problems with software and cloud products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
  • Ability to be customer service oriented and work well in a collaborative team environment
