Job Summary
A service commerce platform developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Club OS Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Strategically managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
- Identifying user needs and coordinate training and consultative services
- Ensuring a smooth handoff from the Implementation/ Training team to the Customer Success team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 2-4 years managing a portfolio of accounts
- Experience and demonstrated success in the management of multiple key accounts
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret data to make organizational, planning, and problem-solving decision
