Job Summary

A medical service provider has a current position open for a Remote LCSW Coach Support Specialist in Newark.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing guidance and support to Coaches in real-time
• Staying up to date on member profiles, including member areas of support, risk alerts, support strategies, and member progress on goals
• Proactively supporting coaches by reviewing, assessing, and providing feedback on conversations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Masters Degree
• Proven advocate for youth and young adults of color in underserved communities
• New Jersey licensure: Masters of Social Work and License - LCSW
• 5+ years field or work experience supporting members in historically marginalized communities
• Credentialed provider with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield or willingness to obtain credential upon hiring
• Ability to commit to at least one weekend shift
