Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coach to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional coaching to clients, focusing on achieving results
- Build trust and rapport with coachees through effective coaching techniques
- Facilitate reflection, next steps, and accountability in coaching sessions
Required Qualifications
- Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
- 3+ years of professional coaching experience with corporate clients
- 10+ years of overall professional experience
- Ability to coach in Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a bonus
