Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote COBOL Software System Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs
• Independently fielding all application and technical questions from users, peers, customers, and superiors with minimal directions from others
• Creating usual written assignments, which include functional specifications, conference call agendas, Problem updates, technical specifications, documentation, and e-mails to Customers and team members

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to analyze programs and understand the functionality
• Knowledge of Medicare and the health care industry
• Clear, concise writing skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
