Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all coding and coding-related process flows
Provide clinical documentation improvement and manage coding SLAs for accurate coding and timely billing
Develop strategic direction for coding teams and coordinate with BPO leaders on vendor-related opportunities

Required Qualifications

BA degree in related fields
Minimum 5 years' healthcare leadership experience in coding/CDI
Certification as RHIA, RHIT, or CPC preferred
