Job Summary

A healthcare services company is seeking a Remote Coding Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations specific to national coding services
• Develop staff coverage strategies to maintain consistent productivity flow
• Develop, execute and monitor individual coder quality and productivity

Qualifications for this position include:

• May be required to travel for assignment
• Bachelor/Associate degree in Health Information Management and accredited by AHIMA
• 5 years in relevant working field with 1 year of supervisory experience acceptable
• RHIA or RHIT and CCS credential
• Advanced knowledge of ICD-9-CM and CPT coding principles and rules
