Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company has an open position for a Remote Coffee and Tea Phones and Chats and Tickets Customer Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering phones, chats and tickets for customers
  • Helping customers with their subscription or the client's app, or checking their order status
  • Providing mainly phone coverage

Position Requirements Include:

  • Tech-savvy with troubleshooting skills
  • Able to quickly navigate multiple tools
  • Understands we may need to move from ticket shift to phones at any time
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Quality headset
