Job Summary

A company that provides a software platform for machine data is filling a position for a Remote Collaboration Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Define basic standards & help define governance model, Slack enterprise grid, workspaces, external collaboration & partner channels
• Automate processes across various collaboration platforms like G-suite, Slack & Jira
• Help the team build an organizational structure that will allow for maximum automation & scalability

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+years’ experience in developing & deploying applications running on various SaaS platforms like G-suite, Zoom & Slack
• Strong Slack automation knowledge building bots and apps
• Horizontal knowledge of other Collaboration platforms like G-suite, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc
• Develop custom scripts and applications writing code in Python, Powershell, Javascript or other languages
• Ability to learn & adapt to new technologies outside of the Collaboration tools realm for integration with Slack
