A global financial services company is seeking a Remote Collateral Analyst III.

Must be able to:

• Review residential appraisal reports
• Communicate the decision to relevant people
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in the real estate appraisal industry OR
• 5 years loan origination underwriting experience including
• Ability to conform with policy and regulatory requirements
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Ability to self-trouble shoot andremediate technical issues
