Job Summary

A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Collateral Support Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Actively communicate with appraisal vendors regarding appraisal escalations
  • Perform quality control appraisal reviews and various reporting to monitor reviewer performance
  • Support Risk, Productions and Operations teams in various collateral related tasks

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • At least 2 years of related experience within the mortgage banking industry
  • 3 years appraisal specific experience
  • General understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and USDA underwriting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
