Job Summary
A car rental and transportation services company is seeking a Remote Collections Claims Specialist in Tulsa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing claim files to determine potential coverage and develop collection strategies
- Effectively negotiating with responsible parties
- Interpreting the facts of loss in conjunction with debtor feedback in order to establish settlement strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Living in Tulsa, OK or the immediate surrounding area
- One year of administrative, clerical or office work experience
- Permanent residence with a defined work space that is free of distractions
- Consistent and reliable high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider (no DSL, satellite or wireless)
- Modem with a separate router that allows our phone system to hardwire into the router
- Willing to accept $16.25/hour for this position
