Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Collections Coordinator in Aurora.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conferrinf with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract
• Sending correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts
• Notifying credit department if customers fail to respond

Qualifications Include:

• work remote after being fully trained
• 1 + years of commerical collections experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Solid computer skills
