Job Summary
A customer experience management software development company is in need of a Remote Collections Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing staff members and ensuring all past due balances are actively pursued
- Setting collections target and establishing measurement metrics for staff members
- Mentoring and providing productive feedback to staff members
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience managing a Collections team
- At least 2 years of Collections experience as an individual contributor
- At least 1 year of Collections experience in a publicly-traded company
- 2+ years of MS Excel experience including the use of pivot table, vlookup and/or sumif functions
