A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Remote Collections Team Lead in Orange Park.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing Client Representative activities based on production quotas
- Performing weekly QA audits in each company
- Providing feedback to Manager on staff performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in 1st Party medical debt collections
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a call center environment
- A strong preference will be given to candidates with supervisory experience
- Excellent work tenure is required
