Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Commercial Door Industry Technical Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Remotely connect to customers’ computers to resolve software problems
  • Remotely install software for new customers
  • Remotely update customer software when new releases are provided

Required Skills:

  • May involve infrequent travel (2-4 trips/year); must keep to EST hours
  • Experience with Microsoft IT network Protocols including RDS
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Basic
  • Experience with hosted IT environments such as GoDaddy and AWS
  • Experience programming in VB; experience with web services cloud development
