Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Focused Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and assessing the needs of customers
- Answering questions about underwriting concerns
- Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven successful customer support experience
- Previous experience supporting small commercial accounts (BOPs)
- Track record of achieving targets and goals
- Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable, with a history of good attendance
- Ability to multi-task (specifically while talking with customers and resolving their inquiries)
- Proficiency in navigating Windows-based computers and using multiple software applications across two monitors
