A staffing and recruiting firm specializing in legal placements is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Commercial Lawyer in Philadelphia.
Must be able to:
- Assist on a 3 day per week basis with day-to-day contracts related to the purchasing of various materials and supplies
- Review and negotiation of procurement related agreements, working from both the client’s standard forms and other parties’ forms
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years of experience negotiating sophisticated contracts
- 5 years of experience reviewing sophisticated contracts
- Experience with procurement related agreements preferred
